Thanks!
I just spent 9 days here on a points stay and I am also Titanium. We were "upgraded" to an executive room on 27th floor which did feel like it was recently renovated but no larger than standard room, so I'm not sure exactly what the upgrade got me. The M Club is not open for breakfast, it opens at 2pm where you can access the coffee and very limited snack selection. On request they will get you a soda. At 5:30 a very nice selection of hot and cold food is available, until 7:30pm. There is also an excellent bar service from 5:30pm until 8:30pm. We loved the M Club during our visit, the staff in particular are excellent -- we were greeted by name every evening, by multiple staff members. The first night I remarked that the Baileys Irish Cream was not chilled... and on 2nd evening the manager came over to us to let me know that he had moved the Baileys into the fridge and it would be chilled from now on.
Breakfast is served in the main lobby/cafe. It is an excellent full buffet. I did not miss that the M Club was not open for breakfast. Do take care where you sit... too close to the windows/doors and it is very hot/humid. After a few days of that we always asked to sit in a section further away from that for more AC comfort :-)
I would not hesitate to return to this hotel.
