Reviving this thread regarding the inability to book an Air Maroc CMN-JFK award ticket with Avios online. I do see business class available on aa.com with about $80 in fees. What are the number of avios needed and the cash portion needed? Many posts about long wait times to get thru to BA by calling and I would not like to wait only to discover that the cash portion is excessive. Lastly, does one pay the call center fee even though the BA IT can't handle this transaction?
