Thanks everyone. I guess paying customers would naturally get better service over award stay, but at the same time a comp upgrade would keep the service charge the same for paying customers, but if it was up to Hyatt to reimburse based on room type, Maybe it would be better to upgrade the award stay person to get bigger reimbursement.
