I now understand. Joe, perhaps for future application you may try the free USPS way. We always used is and it worked perfectly both from FL or MA to our European address. But you have to fill in the physical card - it cannot be done on-line, as there is no way to enter the country. But as I said, the bank card will NOT be forwarded for some reason.
