This QR seat reservation thingy is very suspicious. At the time of my booking (J award using QRPC) I booked my seat, it still shows my chosen seat number in the QR app. But the pre departure email shows my seat as “unselected”. And when I go to Manage Booking is says “seat may only be selected at checkin”.

Lots of conflicting information. Not sure what’s going on?
