Hello Everyone,

So pretty recent this started to happen when you try to add infant on award ticket. My sister booked a flight using AA miles on QR. So she called QR just like before to add an infant but QR has said they have stopped doing this & cannot add the infant anymore & reach out to AA. So she called AA & they said QR is suppose to add because the baby is travelling on QR metal. She had QR/AA supervisors both on the phone they kept insisting we cannot do it. So what should we do in this case? Her last resort is to buy the full fare ticket. But when did that change occured QR not issuing infant award tickets when using AA miles?
