We stayed at this resort for a week two summers ago. The food at the FS is, of course, quite good, but pricey and after a few days some variety is nice. There are two beach spots for dinner (?lunch also) just off the property in each direction down the beach. The place to the left as you look out at the ocean (forgot the name) is a hoot. They play opera and are a real institution (been there a long time). Food is very good and inexpensive (downright cheap by FS comparison). The one to the left is also fine, with good food and prices, but with out the same character. There is a small but regular procession of FS guests walking down the beach for dinner.

Town is about a 15 min cab ride, which is not very expensive, and there are some good places there. I have found myself thinking of Nevis with fond memories as I have stayed at other FS recently (i.e. Costa Rica last summer) where the nearest piece of civilization and low key, reasonably priced food was a 45 minute drive.

This FS is very nice and the island is great. Have a good time.
