I flew in business SIN-HND on 29 December and was offered "sparkling Wine" as a pre take off drink .
I asked if it was Champagne and was told it was Spanish! ( presumably prosecco")
Once in the air, I requested some real champagne - it was the Rose.
Very disappointing !
