I am trying to book a multi city international flight and to use aSWU on one leg. The SWU does not show on the multi city search BUT it shows as available when I look at the round trip for the leg in question. However when I called AA the agent said it was NOT available. Can anybody offer some insight? Shpould I just speak to another agent or request help from technical desk?
