Comment: Also received a bottle of Brut that was listed as a perk on the FHR benefit page - had to call down to get it sent to the room. When we checked in at noon, our original room at the Palazzo wasn't ready yet. They asked if we would be okay switching to the Venetian which had a room ready, so we did.
