I think you get them around 30 days after your re-qualification date. I recall this because I once wanted 4 upgrades to lodge a return trip to business class (from economy) and they allowed me to do this by emailing the elite team ([email protected]) who can manually add them into your account early, they also explained that the reason they take 30 days is it gives you time to use the the 2 still from your last year.
