The Welk is not a standalone brand, it falls under the Hyatt brand for Brand Explorer purposes.
You can submit a BRG, but any BRG for a non-refundable rate is a gamble.
For any Non-Refundable BRG I would definitely do the booking and BRG over the phone at the same time therefore guaranteeing that it goes through and if not then neither will the booking so I’m not locked in to the higher rate.
