That's some luck! After having a delay of around 18 hours because of a misconnection in February this year I did send some messages to them myself without any meaningful response. After that I did refer the case to my legal insurance and they had to send 2 emails and 2 letters for them to give us this reply:
On this occasion the flight was late due to delays on previous stopovers that altered the day’s flight schedule. As it was an extraordinary circumstance that we could not prevent, despite taking every reasonable measure, European Community Regulations establishes that no compensation is due.
LOL. Will they blink when they are subpoenaed or will they reply this bullcrap in front of a judge?
