There's no question PH has a better overall hard product, but I'm not a fan of the arrogance and don't think the price differential is worth it.
Agreed. Rates at the Thompson are usually ~half of the PH.
Personally, I think the PH and the Thompson are both overpriced vs. other NYC properties (e.g. Andaz).
