I was the very first guest at this hotel when it opened in Oct 2017 and have stayed here about 40 times since then. Before the hotel revised their room categories, I usually received upgrades to suites (even the Constellation Suite and Anchor Suite). When the GM gave me his card, he actually told me to let him know when I'll be back.
