I've had two terrible experiences with Hyatt twitter in a row. They simply didn't do what was asked (apply SUA), then stopped responding.
This, after a long string of very positive experiences. There's clearly been a significant change in how the twitter team operates recently.

Ditto. I think calling is now the way to go. Unfortunately, there are times it's much more convenient to send a DM via twitter.
