Is The Welk in San Diego eligible for the BRG?

I thought Hyatt completely bought the Brand but they’re not on the Brand Explorer and offer limited Globalist benefits. Based on asking Hyatt they only offer early check in, late checkout and 30% bonus for Globs that’s it.

But if Hyatt bought them why would that be the case? Hoping to do a BRG but it’s non-refundable and I wouldn’t stay at this property unless it’s a very good deal as there’s many good properties in SD.
