I just don't understand this thing with cement springy beds except when I croak and then it won't matter .
Hyatt has pushed the Grand Bed for years which was reasonably comfortable
Like Andaz 5th Ave (good beds) and the Park Hyatt NY beds needs a mattress helper of some kind but for the points/rev premium extra happy
with Andaz for the value and overall experience
But none of the Hyatts are game changers must have and my New York,London,Sydney and San Francisco business is more with others these days
There was a time prior to 40 to 45k redemption where Hyatt was my go to 90% of the time.Thanks for the warning on Thompson I'll skip for now
