More the condition. The corridors are old, dark, and kind of depressing. I do like the open air ventilation and the palm tree leaves dancing to the wind, but speaking of leaves, there were lots of dead leaves on the grounds and in the trees (minor detail, but I didn't see that at Mauna Lani and Four Seasons).
