I did not directly, but I could see it well from my suite. One good note to add - right outside my suite and only two floors down, there was significant construction with many workers on the outside rooftop for the View at the Palm entrance (disclosed in Hotel Messages upon booking). To the hotel's benefit, sound proofing in my suite was quite effective, and I was completely unbothered by the work.
