Congratulations. That's a big win.
My limited understanding of how the BRG process works with hotels is the hotels are penalised for successful claims. I would assume that part of this process means the hotels receive a report on why they are in the dog house, which would allow the hotel in your situation to go back and say, hey, you've made a mistake. I would think in that situation Hyatt would then wear part of the penalty.
