If flying out of LAX to EWR on a red eye, then on the same itinerary, flying out or JFK to IST (on TK), all of this in J, would I have access to Polaris lounge at either LAX, EWR, both or neither?

keep in mind that it’s an overnight flight so my flight in Turkish is the next day from my LAX flight. And yes I’m asking about access at EWR because the connection is very long and we would hope to shower and have breakfast on arrival at EWR before heading to JFK.
