DL agent can't upgrade/tell you if available till you've booked ticket with KLM.

You can also call KLM. While they can't process, they can tell you if currently can be upgraded. (Flights need Z class availability)
Systemwide means any flight operated by KLM.
Thanks for the info. I wasn’t aware they couldn’t see KLM inventory. I’ve already checked Z availability on EF - I was moreso calling to verify immediate upgrade into Z. The booking only shows Economy and Business options with no Premium, so I assume it will clear immediately?
I’ll book on KLM and call DL.
