the Seabird is quite hectic & noisy with an unreal number of kids on weekends, during the summer, and around school holidays. for a mid-week stay outside these periods, i would absolutely recommend Seabird over PH Aviara due to the lower price, oceanfront location, walkability to bars/restaurants/shopping, and a new build property vs. a 30 year-old renovated property. globalists will also be blowing $50/d in parking at PH Aviara, as PH Aviara award inventory is near impossible to secure.
