Flying ANA to BKK from LAX with layover in Haneda Tokyo. I specifically chose a 3 hour layover to rest at the ANA lounge. At the lounge, they said only 1st, business, and eco premium allowed in first. They cannot accept PP at this time. They said come back in 1 hour. I did and still full. Never got in. PRIORITY PASS not a priority here!!! Very disappointed.

Priority Pass should chose another lounge at Haneda or ANA should expand their lounge to accommodate everyone. Lesson is if you want to use the ANA lounge guaranteed, you need to at least have Eco Premium ticket!!!
