I started entering an Elite banked year on 18 September, and still don't have any RUs or short haul upgrades allocated into my account. I haven't had this delay before - anyone got any experience or is this a phone call situation...

(It's the goodwill banked year but as far as I can tell all extensions receive identical benefits)
