The price reduction indeed seems to have been temporary. From what I could tell, it was a reduction in YQ from the usual US$1,700 r/t to US$400 r/t for IB-coded business class flights to destinations in Spain. Now YQ is back to the same level as before and is consistent across IB/AA/BA.
