SNAs cleared one day prior. Upgraded to a 2 room suite overlooking the Arno. 2 bathrooms. Wine, sweets, tailored notes in room….great work by the staff.
Can’t wait to come back. Hotel was sold out yet quiet, clean and very comfortable.
Interesting, in the middle of a 3 night stay myself. SNA did not clear, and did not get an upgrade either as was told hotel is sold out. Booked on points as well, so all I've got is the base room.
Wonder what the priority is for clearing SNAs.
