A long shot, but hopefully somebody can help.

in December 21/January 22 there was a 4X reward points for new hotels that included 25Hours Dubai One Central. I had clicked the link, booked and stayed within the guidelines of the offer.

The points were not applied and I have been battling with customer care, as the offer page updates as the new dates shift and new hotels are opened, the same link now includes stays until end of 2022.

Does anybody have any information on the offer at that time as I’m very confident and they are not budging unless I can show the offer.
