In the middle of my 4th stay I believe at this outstanding hotel, my favorite in the world. No other hotel where I have stayed has made my stay so personal and remembered my preferences.

SNAs cleared one day prior. Upgraded to a 2 room suite overlooking the Arno. 2 bathrooms. Wine, sweets, tailored notes in room….great work by the staff.

All remembered me, referring to me by my last name and my wife.

Breakfast outstanding as always, back on the mezzanine level. Very attentive service…try the bloody mary, their signature drink.

Apertivo each evening in the first floor bar. Entire team came to my table to greet me….Restaurant manager, lead somm, head bartender

I’m nobody special, just a 2nd generation Italian-American that has stayed here multiple times as an Ambassador using points each time.

Can’t wait to come back. Hotel was sold out yet quiet, clean and very comfortable.
