Staying here now, despite being a Titanium member and submitting a SNU, I was still assigned a basic interior room facing the wall of other rooms. There was barely a mention of status, other than the option of a continental breakfast or points. When I asked about the upgrade, was offered the ability to upgrade to an ocean view with balcony for just over 200Euro. I declined but found it it that there was zero mention of the SNA, but they were happy to charge me for one.
