Since we have no dedicated threads on this particular card I decided to start one (with the blessing of mia).

I was looking for an AMEX Business card that would earn MR. I'm a newbie to the MR program and will be doing a lot of reading on this subject over the next few months. The SUB of 25K MR was a nice surprise since my wife's offer was only 15K MR. Not sure why the difference. AF is waived for the 1st year and then it's $95. Required spend is $3K during the 1st 3 months.

Any tips about using this card will be appreciated. I did add my wife as an employee so I'll be able to transfer MR to her favorite travel partners after 90 days.
