I'm pretty sure that if you go through the selection process, the small print may come up there. If their wording is to select 1 of 4, then they will be setting it up to be exactly that. If unsure, try to negotiate something directly instead of accepting one of these, as they will no doubt try to consider everything closed off and agreed if you do.
