I did some poking around, I found a few short distance east coast flights that were in the range of 10-14K miles plus $50 fees for flights on JetBlue (through the end of the month) and United.
BUT, the problem I am seeing, is that there are only a few routes that come up and often the prices of the flight is like less than $100 in the first place.
The booking engine seems strange, some airports come and go from the list of options. Does not seem very user friendly, I think it will be a giant pain to try and use these points
