I received the same "upgrade" when I stayed here in September for 3 nights (after getting upgraded to a Water Suite on most of my previous stays). Upgrade didn't show up in the app until about noon day of check in. And I was properly recognized as an RA. There was a big conference at the hotel so that might have affected the upgrade. I did get to meet the new GM (Chris Lee) in person this time and I have his card. I'm going to email him before my next stay to see if that changes the upgrade.
