I wonder why Milan has been pulled, being a big business destination. Maybe because LCY flights used MXP rather than LIN?
I think it’s a mixture of MXP and poor flight times. Pre-pandemic, BACF we’re operating 4x per day to LIN. However, due to slot issues, they lost a lot of these. They then launched a daily midday service to MXP, which frankly didn’t work for business travellers.
This is another loss of a big city, with flights to MUC/LUX/FCO/VCE/LIN/MXP/ORY/MAD all being cut in recent years.
