Which Ink Cards work? I Have Business Ink biz unlimited, ink biz cash, Ink Biz preferred. P2 has all of them as well, so we're looking at another $60 total credits if all Ink cards work.
I also have the United Gateway card which isn't listed, but DP's indicate it works. I have yet to try it out.
