Have r/t travel booked in November MCO-CLT-LAS, LAS-CLT-MCO in Y. Attempting to apply SWU's. J is wide open with Expert Flyer showing C7 all segments. EXP desk sees no availability, and AA website does not show "systemwide upgrade" when trying a dummy booking. What am I missing?
