That's an interesting development, but WU does have a history of blocking people. Myself and a few others I talked to here a few years ago, used to do WU billpays in Walgreens, and eventually they started blocking and declining most of them. At least in WM that hasn't been a problem yet with BPs. I haven't tried yet to do BPs in amounts under $1000 to see if that'll avoid blocks.
