No idea what "rules" you're referring to nor where Ruinair comes into the equation. In any event, nobody other than the inanimate automated gate in the transfer area is going to see what boarding pass you scan and I would be amazed if it's been configured to work differently to every other boarding pass scanner in the airport (which will already accept a T1 boarding pass to enter T2 security).
