Just to be clear, the TSA doesn't love to open boxes, in fact we hate it with a firey passion and would prefer to open 10 roller bags instead of one box. And yes, it's hard to repack a box that was carefully packed to perfection using quality tape when all you have is a few moments and crappy government tape. Part of the risk of using a box.
