How does Hyatt contact you re: BRG? Through your WOH-linked email address? Cause I did not provide one in the submission, only a phone number.

Yes thanks, we will see! Recent DP upthread said their claim, with better cancelation terms than Hyatt, was accepted. Technically both of them are "non-cancellable" it's just that the Priceline one only charges one night for a cancelation vs Hyatt charging the full stay. Also another weird quirk...the Hyatt "rate rules" states just one night deposit, but when I go to book it then the T&C change to full-prepayment.
