I cancelled my Aerogold a couple of months ago due to some mystery charges which appeared and the poor way in which CIBC handled them. I was 8 months into my annual fee, and was told that they do not prorate annual fee after 3 months. I escalated to a supervisor and she did it. It was like pulling teeth though...
