It's bound to be better than the horrific shuttle buses the airport actually runs. That is the only way to get over to the domestic terminal after you are unceremoniously shown the door in Intl. Arrivals. Sometimes the line is huge and you have to wait for multiple buses. I waited about 45 minutes once. Then the bus is gross and bumpy and it takes about 25 minutes to go that short distance because of all the stop lights. I really think those buses do not have shock absorbers. At all.
Atlanta spent $1.4B on the International Terminal and 50 cents connecting it to the Domestic Terminal. Its a disgrace that's been going on for 10 years! Embarrassing what many travelers first experience in Atlanta is.
