I just called United Int'l b/c a coworker had used the online sponsorship for my flight. The rep told me that everything looked good in the system, and he didn't need to go in & sign the audit form. The agent said it automatically put his MP # into my itn, so they knew where to pull the upgrade from. I'll find out in about 10 days i suppose.
