Visiting Chantilly or Senlis during a 7.5 hour layover at CDG?

I'll be flying into CDG arriving in Terminal 2E at 6 am on October 13, air France business class.

Leaving on Air France to Yerevan at 1:30 p.m.

I've got 7.5 hours, I'd like to visit Chantilly or Senlis.

i assume this is as easy as getting a taxi or Uber from the airport and then a taxi back in time for my 1:30 pm flight?

I have ni status on AF but will be flying in business class, is there a priority security line I could use when I return to the airport?

What time should I get back to the airport for my 1:30 pm flight? I don't remember if there are exit immigration protocols as well as security screening, I assume there are. I read about the crazy meltdowns at European airports over the summer but I'm not sure if things have gotten back to normal yet or not. Is 2 hours sufficient? Any advice on making this as smooth and risk free as possible?

I'll have a couple of carry in bags, I'll probably store them at the airport luggage storage.
