Avianca USA has a very limited website on this subject http://www.avianca.us/default.asp?chapter=2 But, according to the Colombian Avianca's Website, FFP agreements are:
AF: 100% of the mileage in Y, 125% in C, and 150% F
CO: 100% in Y, and 150% in C and F
DL: 100%, including share-coded and non-share-coded flights
GlobalPass (KLM, TACA, and others): According to the GlobalPass conditions.
