I will be crossing over to United Gold Status on an Outbound leg to YYC on AC metal.
I have my return 3 days later. How likely is it that my status will be updated for the outbound trip?
I am interested in access the AC Lounge and upgrading to Economy Plus seats.
Would it be worth is to call UA on day to to inquire about status if not yet updated?

PS I completed my first MR today! Pretty fun! Spent 2 hours at ORD and came right back home!
