Online Split Doesn’t Work
As others have posted - used to be able to initiate dummy change for one pax on multi pax itinerary and system would assign new PNR. Tried to do so earlier today and went all the way to the payment screen without new PNR assigned. Canceled out and ascertained nothing changed. Had to call it in. Am I missing a trick, or did UA indeed eliminate this handy self-service functionality?
