Since you don't seem to be making much use of the hotel itself, I don't see why you are limiting yourself to those two Hyatts. Or, for that matter, why you are limiting yourself to Hyatt hotels.

Just do something like Candeo Hotel Roppongi and use the savings towards eating and shopping.
